This is a letter to the Mayor of Eureka Springs, Ar. I would like to suggest that instead you post a link to Jerichoriders.org I am always interested in reading the views of those who claim they hate “intolerance”, yet are themselves so intolerant of differing opinions. I would also like to say, if anyone should like to discuss the Bible and the Truth that is in it, I would be very happy to sit down with them and do that. I am not opposed to sharing my views in person, either one to one or with a group. It’s easy to talk about people, not so easy to talk to them. Do your fellow geek festers ever try open discussion to opposing ideas? They speak as if they know me, yet most have never even spoken to me. Interesting how quick some of them are to judge others. Again, thank you for asking. I think you will find all three letters on our web-site just as easy to access. They will all be available this evening. Arkansas state representative Bryan King has introduced a bill HB2176 that will prevent a community from creating a Domestic Partnership Registry in the state of Arkansas. Apparently
this has upset some people, (see above link to geekfest). Be aware, this link uses extreme language. This shows
there is a loud group of people that have the desire to push Eureka Springs into the spot-light and create a community
that welcomes the homosexual lifestyle and lifestyle that is contrary to the moral values of the majority of citizens.
One particular person, "Sparky", has strong ties with national organizations and though he lives in Little Rock
and hides in the back ground, he uses this forum (geekfest) to stir anger and hatred. I do not know how much of
what he says is true regarding his "contacts", but I do kn ow that we need to be praying that God closes the door
on this man. These people have a loud voice, they use anger and hate to bully those that oppose them.
And they call out, "Hate monger!" to anyone that tries to stand against their "agenda".
I am going to contact the Eureka Springs city council and mayor, as well as Representative King and let them know my thoughts

I wonder how many Christians will attend this and be the "light and the salt"? We will be there
sharing the Truth. What will your "church" be doing? I still do not understand why we have allowed
such a small group of people to control the moral standards within our nation. I suppose it is because we have become

I applaud Representative Kings efforts, I am saddened that we (Christians )hide behind politicians and think that they will/can
change the moral corruption that is fighting to destroy our nation. I am also saddened that the Eureka Springs city
council has chosen to once again demonstrate it's lack of concern for the welfare of the entire community and not just
a few. The closing of businesses, loss of tourism and quiet streets should be enough to show them that they are wrong.
I pray that God continues to allow me to go forth and share His Truth with everyone that I meet. I
will support Representative King, but and I will also continue to challenge the "church" to send a strong message
to our community leaders. We have been quiet too long, and God is allowing this city to fall while we pray without works.
Forgive us Lord, we have sinned against you... I have sent this e-mail to the mayor, counsel, and Rep. King,

Domestic Partnership Dear Mayor Joy, This is the third letter
that I have sent to you regarding the domestic partnership registry, and though I do not expect a response, I do expect that
you will, as an "elected" official take the time to read this. I ask that you go back to the original time
when the DPR was suggested by the council, you made many statements, as did many others, saying that this was not an issue
based on homosexual couples. These statements were untrue. This is about legalizing same sex couples. If
you are going to continue supporting this issue, then why not admit it? It is sad that our government has been given
the freedom to lie to further their personal agenda's. Your office is just another example of the corruption that
permeates all branches of government. You may not admit the truth in public, but I pray that your heart knows that you
have lied to get things done. Does your "cause" make lying right? Does the end justify the m ethod?
Your supporters for the DPR use words that stir emotion and anger, they are like a bunch of mean "junior high school"
kids looking for anyone to attack. If you do not believe this, look at their posts, read the words they say to anyone
that disagrees with them. Sure, they tone down when they want to, but the truth of who they are is in their words.
If I do not agree with them, I am made to be a monster to them. Is this the sort of thing you want to promote in Eureka
Springs. Can you not see the truth behind the soft words? Do you not see the hateful spewing venomous words and
emotions towards those that you might want to call "future tourist". Do you really want to continue to see
the Christian tourist avoid our community because of Mardi Gras, diversity weekends, and all the other events that will turn
a true Christians stomach? I guess so seeing as how you are continuing to toe the line with this group of ho stile
promoters. Please know this, I will continue to expose the truth of these people, not the "nice" letters they
write, but the ones that expose them for who they really are. Letters and words that attack the elderly, letters that
expose "sparky" in his true colors of hatred and bigotry. You have chosen this road for Eureka Springs, you
and your council have allowed the Christian population to be pushed from the list of "possible" tourist. I
have tried very hard to let people know that Eureka Springs needs Christians to visit. However, I am now wondering,
why should they come here when they are not wanted. Have you seen the posts on geek-fest regarding
the passion-play or the statue of Jesus? Have you seen the post regarding Christians? Would you visit a town like
that if you were a Christian? I pray that your eyes be opened and your ears hear the truth from God's word, not
from the words of man. As with my other two letters, I am sending this letter to everyone that I can, including all
council members and representatives. It will then forwarded to many others, and by the end of the day, it will have reached
approximately 500 or more people. Tomorrow that may double, and it will keep going. I will also be posting

into a serious economic crisis, the decision you have made are against the God's word, He will decide the fate
